Once you have found your home, call and request that a home inspection be done. To request an inspection, you can contact the inspector by email, phone, or text at: 972-400-1286
A certified, licensed inspector will be in touch to schedule your inspection when it is most convenient for you. Questions about how the inspection process works? Don’t be afraid to ask!
The inspector will show up on the prescribed date and conduct the inspection. Once the inspection has been completed a verbal walk through of the house will be conducted with the client, answering any questions at that time about the home.
